When a new supply job request is created, approvers receive a notification prompting them to review and either approve, reject, or decline the request.
This process ensures all job details are correct and ready before being published to available workers.
Approval of Supply Job Request
When to use: All details are correct and the job should be made available to workers.
Open the Supply Job Request detailed page.
Review all job details.
Click the Approve button at the top right.
Confirm the approval in the pop-up window.
Once confirmed, you’ll be redirected to the Invite Candidates page, where you can:
Select specific candidates to invite, or
Send invitations to all eligible workers.
Outcome:
The request status changes to Approved, and the job becomes visible to invited workers.
Rejection of Supply Job Request
When to use: The job is valid but requires updates or changes (e.g., incorrect dates, incomplete description) before approval.
Open the Supply Job Request Detailed page
Review all job details.
Click the Reject button at the top right.
In the pop-up window, add a note or reason for rejection — this will be visible to the requester.
Confirm the rejection.
Outcome:
The requester is notified about the required changes. The job remains inactive until it is updated and resubmitted for approval.
Declining of Supply Job Request
When to use: The job is not required or cannot be approved (e.g., duplicate, cancelled requirement, or policy conflict).
Open the Supply Job Request Detailed page
Review all job details.
Click on Decline button at the top right
Confirm the decline action in the pop-up window.
Outcome:
Once confirmed, the job request is no longer active and will moved to archived. A new request will need to be created if the role is needed later.
