How to Invite/Offer/Assign workers to requisitions

'Matched candidates'

Matched candidates will appear automatically based on the role and requirements.

For each candidate, you can:

  • View their profile

  • Invite them to apply

  • Offer to Worker to send an offer directly

  • Assign them straight to the requisition

'Invite' Candidates from your CRM to a job

If no candidates are matched automatically, you can manually search for and invite candidates via Add from CRM.

In the CRM view, you can:

  • Search by name or email.

  • Switch between Card view and List view.

  • Review candidate details such as roles, subjects, year groups.

  • Choose one of the following actions:

    • Invite – send an invitation to apply.

    • Offer – make a direct offer to the worker.

    • Assign – place them straight into the requisition.

Please note:
Unapproved workers can only be assigned directly.

Unavailable workers cannot be invited, offered, or assigned.

'Invite' candidates to a job

  • Sends a notification to the candidate

  • The candidate can apply to show interest in the role.

  • A consultant must review the application and then either make an offer or assign the candidate directly afterwards.

You are able to bulk invite many candidates at once.

'Offer' a candidate a job

  • Sends a proposal directly to the candidate including the day rate.
In the pop up window you need to set Gross pay and Agency margin.
Employer on-costs and other fees will be calculated automatically (based on PAYE settings)

  • The candidate can respond to the Offer (accept or decline).

  • Once the candidate accepts and Offer, the requisition is booked.

'Assign' a candidate to a job

  • Creates a direct booking with the worker.

  • No confirmation or action is required from the candidates's side.

  • The requisition is booked immediately.

Filled requisition

When a requisition is successfully booked, the assigned worker will appear at the top of the Requisition Details page under Booked Candidate.

  • You will see the worker’s name and role.

  • A Financial Summary displays Daily rate summary. See detailed pay and margin information by clicking on the Show rate breakdown button.

  • By clicking View Profile, you can access the worker’s full details, including compliance checks (if these have been added to the system).
