How to create a Candidate Scoring Form
To create a Candidate Scoring Form (account Admins only):
Open the Candidate Scoring tab from your menu.
Click on the Create button at the top right of the page.
In the pop up window, complete following steps:
Enter the Form name (internal reference)
Enter the name of the first scoring criterion
Select how you want to score this item:
1–5 stars
Thumbs up / down
If you want to allow scorers to add additional free text for this criterion, click the 'Has text feedback' checkbox
*Note: you can use the 'Has text feedback' field ONLY for your criterion.To add more criterions click on Add row button
Click on Save button when your scoring form is finished.
How to add a Candidate Scoring Form to a Job Advert (Account Admins)
To attach a Candidate Scoring Form to a job advert:
Go to your ATS page
Open the Job Advert 'Details' page (the Job Advert must already be created in order to attach Scoring Forms)
Go to the 'Scoring Rules' tab
You can select the Candidate Scoring Form(s) from the dropdown list
**Note: you can attach more than one Scoring Form for a job advert by clicking on the 'Add Another Form' button**Click on Save scoring rules button to save your configuration
Once you have attached all the relevant Scoring Forms to an advert, Candidate Reviewers can see Form in order to score candidates. Note: Candidate Scoring Forms are NOT automatically added to all job adverts. They need to be added to each advert.
How to Score/Review candidates
Candidate Reviewers can use this feature once the Scoring Rules are configured on an advert.
To Score/Review a candidate:
Go to the ATS page and find the Job Advert
Click on 'Applicants'
Click on the 'Review' button for the candidate
In the 'Scoring Feedback' window, fill in the Scoring Form and click on the 'Submit' button. Note: You are able to edit your feedback after submitting.
Once the Scoring Form is submitted, a Total Score from all submitted Forms will appear on the list view.
A 'Team Score' for candidates is visible for the Hiring Manager (the ability to 'see all submitted Candidate Scoring Forms' is a separate permission from being able to submit Candidate Scoring forms). The Hiring Manager can see this information from:
