How to create and manage departments

  • Go to the "Department" tab.

  • Select ‘Create New Department’.

  • Populate the required information.

  • Ensure to assign a Manager(s), Worker(s) and define whether that Manager(s) is managing other departments.

  • Review and confirm the details just added.

  • Repeat for as many departments as required.

Search Departments

  • It is simple to search in Departments, decide what you're searching Name, Code or Managers Email then type what you are looking for.

Worker details

You can view how many workers, their names, email addresses and their departments.

Managers details

You can view how many managers, their names, email addresses and their departments.
