The ability to cancel a job post or job booking is permission based. If you have the permission you will be able to see a red Cancel this job button by scrolling to the bottom of the Job Details page. A confirmation box will appear and you should select Confirm Cancellation. The status bar at the top of the page will turn grey and show Job Cancelled.
If you do not see the cancel job button you will need contact your council directly who will be able to cancel the job for you.
