Teachers set their pay, year group and subject preferences on their profile, as well as the commute time/method and the day rate they are willing to accept. 

Schools define the parameters of their job, including date, subject, year group(s) and the rate of pay they want to offer. They then search for matching teachers/support staff.

When a school conducts a search, local teachers with matching preferences are returned in an easy to scan results list. For supply jobs, the school has the option to preview these candidates and select who it would like to invite for the job. Post the job, and the selected teachers will be notified. For Permanent & Fixed Term jobs, all matching candidates are automatically invited to apply.
