Once you have created your document, you then need to set the approval status of the document found in the top right corner of the screen.
Select 'Edit' then select the status from the dropdown menu and click 'Save'. If you reject a document then there is a free text box available for you to give feedback to the worker.
You have the ability to add further files to this document by either clicking 'Select File' and then selecting the file from the workers upload list, or by 'Uploading Supporting File'. Don't forget to click 'Upload' to add them to the document. There is no limit to how many files you can add to a document.
