After defining your job criteria, searching for teachers and selecting which teachers to invite to your role, you'll reach the Job Preview page. Here you can add a bit more detail about your role, which will help teachers decide whether to apply for it or not.

Include a brief description your school's character and ethos, outline what potential applicants might expect to be responsible for (marking/PPA?), and a give few details about the class you're looking for cover for.

Additionally, outline next steps -- do you ant to phone screen applicants? Will there be an interview day? Will this interview day be paid? These are all important details that will encourage the right candidates to apply, and help minimise and potential for miscommunication.
