We run all invoicing and payroll for teachers and support staff engaged via our Supply Cover service in house, without any fees to either teacher or school. Regional MAT or LA Talent Pools may have different arrangements in place.
Although we can collect payment manually, to make sure payments are smooth and easy for all parties, we also offer the use of our automated payments system. This system is covered by guarantee, and runs on the schedule illustrated below:
Schools are invoiced on Monday for the previous week's work in a consolidated invoice detailing all the teachers who worked that week.
Once the timesheet is approved, invoicing and payment collection via Direct Debit is triggered. You'll receive a notification of the funds to be collected. You'll then have a window to notify us of any issues around the timesheet before payment is taken. Finally, we'll pay the teacher(s) by the Friday of the following week.
