All candidates in your search results have been fully vetted, have successfully completed their interview and are ready to work.

After defining your job criteria, searching for teachers and selecting which teachers to invite to your role, you'll reach the Job Preview page. Here you can add a bit more detail about your role, which will help teachers decide whether to apply for it or not.

If you can, include a brief description of your school's character and ethos, outline what potential applicants might expect to be responsible for (marking/PPA?), and a give few details about the class you're looking to cover.

If you have a very last-minute cover need, consider 'inviting all' the teachers in your search results and offering a fairly-paid days work.

If it's a long term role:

Outline next steps -- do you want to phone screen applicants? Will there be an interview day? Will this interview day be paid? These are all important details that will encourage the right candidates to apply, and help minimise and potential for miscommunication.

When a candidate applies to your job you'll be able to see their contact details, so reach out to them!
