The acronyms on a teacher's profile indicate their qualification level and SEN skills. This is what the acronyms mean:

Qualifications

QTS - The teacher has full QTS and has completed induction
NQT - The teacher has QTS but has not yet completed induction
EEA - The teacher was trained in the European Economic Area
OTT (ANUC) - The teacher was trained in Australia, New Zealand, USA or Canada
OTT (World) - The teacher was trained in another country not covered above
USP - Unqualified Specialist Practitioner. The teacher is not qualified, but has deep experience in the subject
TA -
Teaching Assistant
Cover Supervisor
