At Teacher Booker, we pride ourselves on only working with schools who we are confident can provide excellent support to teachers placed there via our platform. However, we are sensitive to the fact that unforseen issues may arise during a job and that these will need to be dealt with appropriately.

If you are having any issues in school, your first point of contact should be the individual you have been assigned as a line manager. In many circumstances this will be the individual who booked you using the app - however it may alternately be a permanent teacher, head of department or a figure on the senior leadership team. Issues to do with specific students, responsibilities etc. should be referred internally. 

If you feel that you are not being supported in the resolution of your issue or the nature of your issue cannot be discussed within the school, you should contact the Teacher Booker team. We can be contacted by e-mailing support@teacherbooker.com. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can to discuss the issue and help you decide the best way to move forward. If necessary we will speak to the school on your behalf to ensure a speedy resolution.
