Scroll down the left hand menu to the ‘Applicant Tracking System’ tab.
You will see a list of posted jobs.
You will see how many applicants have applied for the job.
Click on an applicant and click on ‘View’
You will see the information the applicant has added to their Application Form.
In the top right-hand corner of the page, you will see a box ‘Hide Candidate Information’ and also ‘Print/Download’.
By clicking on the ‘Hide Candidate Information’ button, you will be given the opportunity to select which of the candidate’s details you would like on display, should you wish to download the document for saving or printing.
The details just as easily be re-instataed by following the same process.
