The help centre is configured to only show you articles for features that you have access to on the Omnijo platform. In order to do this, you must be logged in whilst accessing the help centre.
Accessing via app.teacherbooker.com
To access the full range of articles visible to your account, first log in to https://app.teacherbooker.com using your log in credentials.
Expand the top right overflow menu by clicking the three dots, then click Help Centre to open the help centre.
Accessing via Messenger
You can also access the help centre by clicking the speech bubble in the bottom right corner, launching our support messenger.
Click on Help and you will load the help centre and see the articles visible to your account.
