How to create, edit and delete interview slots for a job advert

How to create Interview slots

To create Interview slots (account Admins only):

  • Open the Interview slots tab from your menu

  • Click on Add interview slots button at the top right of the page

  • In the pop up window complete following steps:

    • Interview details

      Give your interview slots a descriptive title
      Select one of the three available interview types (Video call, In person, or Phone call)
      Provide the Interviewer Name
      Search/Select job you'd like to attach interview slots to (Note you can attach interview slots only to drafted or published and active jobs)

    • Schedule
      Select Start/End date for interview slots

      Select Start/End time for interview slots
      Select the weekdays you'd like to schedule the interview slots for

      Example: If you select Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and set a date range from 21/07/2025 to 31/07/2025, with time 11:15 AM to 11:40 AM, slots will be created for all selected weekdays within that range.

    • Meetings details
      For Video Call: Provide the Video Link (required), Meeting ID, and Password.
      For In Person: Provide the Location (required).
      For Phone Call: No additional meeting details are required.

  • Once all details are filled in, you can preview details of your slots in the bottom of the pop up window. Click on Create slot button

  • You will receive a Successfully Created message with a preview of all slots created.

How to edit an interview slots

There are two options for editing interview slots:

  • Single Interview Slot

  • Group of Interview Slots

To edit a Single Interview slot (account Admins only):

  • Open the Interview Slots tab from your menu

  • Click on Edit button for slot you'd like to change.

  • In appeared pop up window Edit Only this slot option is pre-selected. Change any of the following fields as needed:

    • Start Date & Time

    • End Date & Time

    • Interview & Meeting details

  • Click on Update Slot button

  • You will receive a Successfully Edited message with the updated details of the slot

To edit a Group of Interview Slot (account Admins only):

  • Open the Interview Slots tab from your menu

  • Click on Edit button for slot you'd like to change

  • In the pop-up window, switch from Edit Single Interview Slot to Edit All Slots in This Group
    Update any of the following:

    • Start & End Time

    • Interview & Meeting details

  • Click on Update all slots in group button

  • You will receive a Successfully Edited message with the updated details for the group.


    Note: Booked slots won't be affected by Edit group of an interview slots actions and stay with NO changes for Candidates

How to Delete Interview slots

There are two options for deleting interview slots:

  • Single Interview Slot

  • Group of Interview Slots

To delete a Single Interview Slot (Account Admins only):

  • Open the Interview Slots tab from your menu.

  • Click the Delete button for the slot you’d like to remove.

  • In the appeared pop-up window, the Delete Only this slot option is pre-selected.

  • Confirm your action by clicking Delete slot.

  • You will see a Successfully Deleted message confirming that the interview slot has been removed.

To delete a Group of Interview Slots (Account Admins only):

  • Open the Interview Slots tab from your menu.

  • Click the Delete button for any slot in the group you'd like to remove.

  • In the pop-up window, switch from Delete only this slot to Delete all slots in this bulk group.

  • Confirm your action by clicking on Delete all slots button.

  • You will see a Successfully Deleted message confirming that the group of interview slots has been removed.

    Note: Booked slots won't be affected by Delete group of an interview slots actions and stay with NO changes for Candidates
