To create a new payroll schedule, open the Payroll Schedule page from the sidebar menu.
Click on the Create Schedule button.
In the window that opens, enter the Payroll Schedule Name.
Choose which dates you wish to add for payroll dates in the past and for future pay periods. An example would be the last Friday of each month. At least one date is required.
Once you have reviewed your dates and made any amendments in the right hand panel please click ‘Create Schedule’.
You can view, delete, edit and assign workers to the schedule.
Assigning Workers to a Payroll Schedule
To assign workers to a payroll schedule, click on the People icon.
In the opened window, you will see a list of all workers in your pool, along with their Position/Role and their current payroll schedule status.
Use the search bar to find a specific worker by their First or Last Name.
Use filters to narrow results by Position/Role.
Bulk Assign functionality is available. Click on "Select all # workers" to assign all listed workers.
Click Save Changes to confirm the assignment.
Once workers are assigned to a payroll schedule, you will see a counter displaying the number of assigned workers next to the People icon.
Payroll Schedule Filter in Reports
An optional Payroll Schedule filter has been added to the Daily Timesheet and Summed Daily Timesheet Report, allowing users to filter and view data based on payroll schedules.
