Training - Adding to Workers profile

Once you set up all the Sections that are required you can move onto associating them with your Workers.

  • Go to ‘Supply Staff’ in the left hand menu

  • Find the worker you wish to record the training/document

  • Choose ‘Training’ from the options, this will open a list of Sections that can be recorded against.

  • Choose your Section and click ‘Add Record’.

  • Fill in the required information, uploading a file if you wish or if it is required.

  • Hit ‘Save’ once you are done. This will create a record for this worker.

  • If you have uploaded a file to the recording, you can Preview it and Download it.

  • Repeat the process for all workers with training and/or documents to record.
