The Weekly Timesheets tab is where you can view, edit and approve Weekly Timesheets. There is an “Action” list at the top to show you what is required from past weeks, all in one place. Its similar to Shift Approvals. You can move through weeks easily if you wish to find something.

This page is broken down into three sections. The Activity Log at the bottom tracks all changes made.

  • ‘Timesheets pending submission’ - these have a ‘Not Submitted’ status. The "Not Submitted" status means the worker has not submitted it yet. But you can still make amendments such as adding Shift Allowances and changing working hours. This all feeds back to the workers' view too.

  • The second section is “Submitted and Pending Approval’. These weekly timesheets have been submitted by the worker and are ready for the manager to view and approve.

  • Thirdly, the 'Approved' section shows all the weekly timesheets approved this week.

  • If you then click View button it will take you into the timesheet itself.

Action list

Your Action List is a quick and easy way to view your required actions.

  • The week must be in the past in order for the timesheet to be submitted by the worker. Once the worker has submitted their timesheet (with any amendments), this is the opportunity for the manager to view and approve.

  • To approve Weekly Timesheets click on the “View” button.

  • You can view each one and approve.

  • You can also edit and amend Shift Allowance Codes.

  • Once approved they move into the ‘Approved’ section where you can view and still make edits if needed. All feeds through to the reports and the workers view of the timesheet.

  • You can also view Department Approvers in case you need to contact an Approver.
