You can Re-Open shifts if the shift time has not yet started. An example of why you may need to Re-Open a shift could be
that the worker who has been booked for the shift would actually be better in a different location; or
the worker who has been booked can no longer do the shift.
To Re-Open a shift:
Find the shift on your Schedule Dashbaord, click the shift and click on “Re-open job for other candidates”
You will be asked to provide a reason why you are Re-Opening the shift
You will be taken to the Hiring details page where you can Offer the shift to someone else
If there is no other candidate available then you will have to change the criteria of the job using the “Edit” function.
