AWR is a permission based setting given upon the set up of your Organisation within our platform. This can be performed by your account manager at any stage, please contact us.
Setting holiday days
This is permission based and can be done by anyone that has access to your school profile within the platform. This gives the system the ability to count or not count your holiday days for AWR. We can mark dates as ‘Holiday’ or ‘Bank holiday’.
AWR break mode
There are three options for the AWR break mode, these will be configured with your account manager:
Reset: break the count and start again - When a holiday or bank holiday is scheduled, this setting will break the booked days/weeks count and start counting again after the scheduled time off.
Ignore: continue and count the break as an additional week - When a holiday or bank holiday is scheduled, this setting will ignore the day/week off and continue to count all time off and time worked as consecutive weeks.
Paused: continue but do not count the break as an additional week - When a holiday or bank holiday is scheduled, this setting will not count the day/week off as consecutively worked.
Booking workers
AWR is per worker and per job/shift.
You can book a person for a job/shift the normal way, nothing has changed.
If the threshold that was set in your organisation is met then an email will be triggered to alert you that action may need to be taken.
A link to the job/shift will be in the email you receive.
Here is an example of the email you will receive:
