Step-by-Step Guide for Setting Up MFA

  • Go to My Profile in the sidebar menu.

  • Select Enrol Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

  • A series of information boxes will appear. Click Continue after reviewing each box.

  • The last screen shows a QR Code that opens in a new tab.

  • Open your authenticator app, scan the QR code, and enter the one-time code generated.

  • After entering the one-time code a green check mark will appear, this will confirm a successful enrolment.

  • Log out and log in again to trigger the MFA prompt.

**You will be asked to enter a code from your authenticator app each time you log in. There is an opportunity to select 'Remember this device for 30 days' upon log in for easier access.**

Removing MFA

  • If needed, select Remove Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) from the My Profile page.

  • You also have the option to Remember Device for 30 Days for easier access.

Admin View of MFA Status

Admins with permission can view each user's MFA status:

  • In Progress: The user has not completed the setup.

  • Enabled: MFA is active for the user.

  • Not Enabled: MFA has not been initiated.

Admins can also filter by MFA Status, and search by Name or Email Address to easily manage team security.
